The library offers an excellent online tool called LearningExpress Library that may interest you. This is where you will be able to find information and study materials for the U.S. Citizenship test.

Follow these steps to access LearningExpress Library from any internet-capable computer:

  • Start at the library's Digital Resources page
  • Scroll down until you see Learning Express Library and click the icon to access
  • You may have to enter your library card number and PIN
  • You can conduct a search in the search box at the top of the screen by typing in "citizen" in the box labeled "Find Tests, Tutorials, eBooks"
  • To take any courses you will need to create an account with a username and password and provide an email address before you can access the practice tests on the databases
  • Once your accounts are set up, you can use that username and password for future logins

You can stop and start tests and courses as needed and you have unlimited attempts to complete items

You also have access to Tutor.com with your library card. The link to Tutor.com can be found at the bottom of the Digital Resources page. You have access with your library card number and PIN. The tutors at Tutor.com can assist you with questions you have when preparing for the Citizenship Test. They are available from noon to 8 pm every day.

In addition to our online resources, the library has partnered with Latin American Association and Asian Americans Advancing Justice Atlanta who will provide qualified legal representatives to aid in filling out the US Citizenship Application Form N400.  Visit the online calendar for the dates and times of this program - Calendar.

The online calendar is also useful for finding other citizenship events that are happening at the library.  There are more and more of these kinds of events being added so check back often to see what is available.
