Q. How do I change the pick up location of my holds?


If you would like to change the location at which to pick up a hold, you have the option to do this online without having to contact the library.  You will need to log into your library account online and click the "Requests" tab to see your list of requested items.  Click the box next to the item for which you would like to change the pickup location and then click Change Pickup Location at the bottom of the screen.  Your request to change locations will appear on a list that staff are able to retrieve and your hold will be transferred as soon as possible.  In the event the item on hold is already in "Shipped" status you will not be able to change the location until the item has been received and shows a status of "Held."
