Q. How do I change the pick up location of my holds?


If you would like to change the location at which to pick up a hold you can login to your account by clicking here.  Once you have logged in, click the green box in the upper right hand corner of the screen (it will show your username) and then select On Hold in the drop down menu.  For each requested item that is not in Held or Shipped status you will see a box with a drop down menu of branches.  You can change each request to be sent to a different branch from the one you initially selected.

If an item already has a status of "Held" and you would like to have it transferred from where it is being held to a different location please give us a call at 770-978-5154 and we will be happy to assist you with this.
