Thank you for your question. The library system utilizes a centralized Customer Contact Center that is operated by individual staff members seven days per week and during all of our business hours. Calls are centralized to guarantee an efficient and professional service experience for our customers. Calls are directed to the branch or department as needed. Customers can speak to librarians directly, no pre-recording (unless the lines are busy). The phone number is listed on all library cards for your convenience. The phone number is 770-978-5154. It is also available on our home page -- you will find it on the bottom of the library main page on the left.
