Q. Is there a scanner at the branches so we can scan documents/paper to our email?


All Gwinnett County Public Library branches have two Mac computers with flatbed scanners attached to them.  These allow customers to scan documents and save them to the desktop for easy transfer to emails for sending.  You also have the option to edit documents that are scanned if needed by using Adobe Acrobat Pro and Microsoft Word.  These special Macs are known as the Tech Stations and staff members are on hand at all branches to assist you with using the scanning features.

You also have the option of bringing in your own flash drive and using the branch multifunction copier to scan your documents to the flash drive and then attaching the scanned documents to an email using one of the public PCs.
