Q. How do I move an item to my home branch from a different branch?
The easiest way to transfer an item or book to your home branch from a different location would be to place a hold on it. When you search the catalog, the item you are looking for should have a link that says Place a Hold. Click here and the item will be pulled and automatically routed to the default branch as it is listed on your account.
If your default branch is no longer your home branch, you can give us a call at 770-978-5154 and we can change this for you. If you have placed a request and you need to change the pick up location, you can click the link for On Hold in the drop down menu from the green box and change the pick up location for your hold(s) here.
