Q. Is there any way to recover my hold list?
If it is within 7 days after a hold has expired, library staff can check the library account to see what has been held. After 7 days canceled holds are automatically deleted from your account. If this is the case, library staff may be able to look back at notices that were sent to you regarding holds to see what items have dropped off your hold list. You can stop by your local branch, call the Library at 770-978-5154 during open hours, or send an email to http://ask.gwinnettpl.org and staff can check to see if past holds can be found on your account and re-request them for you. For any of these options, you will need to have your library card number handy.
