Q. Is there any way to recover my hold list?


If it is within 7 days after a hold has expired, library staff can check the library account to see what has been held.  After 7 days canceled holds are automatically deleted from your account.  You can stop by your local branch, call the Library at 770-978-5154 during open hours, or send an email to http://ask.gwinnettpl.org , and staff can see these holds and reinstate them (unfortunately, you will drop to the bottom of the list, as we cannot see what position you were in line when the request was canceled). For any of these options, you will need to have your library card number handy.
