When will a book marked "In-Process" be made available?

Items with the "In-Process" status are still undergoing processing before shipment to library branches. Unusually long wait times can be caused by very large shipments or multiple shipments of items arriving at the same time. In addition, the in-process status may remain on an item longer if the release date is changed/delayed.
Processing times for new materials vary but please know that staff are working diligently to process and ship new materials as quickly as possible. Most new titles that have been purchased are set up to arrive at branches as close to the release date as possible.
Typically once items have been received and are in processing, the library catalog will indicate that all copies are currently in use at Headquarters which can be a little confusing. This is the status that is assigned by Bibliocommons and at this time we are not able to change it.
