Can I check out materials without my library card?

As a courtesy, library staff can look up your library card number after verifying your identity as the account holder. Please bring your ID or driver's license with your current address to present to library staff at your local branch and they will be able to retrieve your account information for you. If you determine you've lost your card, with proper identification we can replace it for you for free during your next visit.
In order to protect our users' private information, library staff cannot reveal PINs by email or telephone.
