How will I know that my items are available/on hold?

When items you request arrive at your specified branch for pickup, you will be contacted according to the settings on your library account. You may choose to be contacted by email, text message, or both. To check your contact settings, log in to your account here, or call the Library at 770-978-5154 during open hours. You will need your library account number and PIN to login online and your date of birth to verify your account over the phone.


Items remain on hold for 5 days. After that time, they will either be sent on to the next customer in line, or returned to their regular shelving area.
