I would like to pay my fine online, but I don't know my card number or my PIN. What should I do?

You may visit any Gwinnett County Public Library location to retrieve your library card number and PIN. When you visit, please remember to bring an ID with your current address or, if you do not have your ID, you will need to provide something with your name and address in order to verify your identity. If you have any additional questions you may also call the library at 770-978-5154. Staff on the phone can verify your identity and give you your card number but not the PIN. They can arrange to have a new PIN emailed to you so you can login to your account and make a payment.
You can also generate a PIN reset email yourself by logging into the catalog here and the using the "Forgot my PIN" option.
