Q. How do I set up a search for multiple authors instead of one author at a time?

Thank you for your question! It is possible to search for multiple authors, subjects, etc by accessing the “Advanced Search” option in the catalog. To do this:

  • click on “Catalog” in the upper left-hand side of the homepage at www.gwinnettpl.org .
  • Hover over “My GCPL” and click on “Advanced Search.” From this screen, you can then add up to four search terms using the boolean operator, “Or” to separate them.

If you would like to include more terms or narrow your search further, you can click on “Add or exclude another set of search terms,” and four additional search fields will appear.
