Q. How can I cancel a request that it currently being held for me?
If you want to cancel an item that has already been placed on the hold shelf, please contact us at 770-978-5154 or request a cancelation through AskGCPL, and we will cancel it for you. Items can easily be canceled by someone on staff if they are in "Active" or "Held" status. Items in "Shipped" status need to arrive at their destination and be changed to "Held" before they can be canceled. In addition, requests that still have a status of "Active" can be canceled online when you login to your account. We hope this information helps.
