Q. I registered online but when I try to login I get the message "patron does not exist." Why?
If you have registered for a library card online and your number starts with PACREG you will need to visit a library location to get your permanent library card. Unfortunately, you will not be able to login to place holds, access ebooks or eaudiobooks or search GALILEO until you have gotten your permanent barcode.
