If you are having difficulties with any of the library's digital resources please give us a call at 770-978-5154 or contact us through online chat and someone on staff can assist you with troubleshooting the problems you are experiencing. In most cases, we are able to resolve your issues over the phone or chat but in some cases we do recommend that you visit a branch to receive assistance.
If you are new to digital materials and you would like help getting started you can also fill out a Book-a-Librarian form so you can work one on one with a library staff member for 30 minutes to an hour uninterrupted.
