The library system utilizes a centralized Customer Contact Center that is operated by individual staff members seven days per week and during all of our business hours. If the library is closed, the Contact Center will be closed. Calls are centralized to guarantee an efficient and professional service experience for our customers.
Calls are directed to the branch or department as needed. The phone number is listed on all library cards for your convenience. The phone number is 770-978-5154. It is also available on our home page -- you will find it on the bottom of the library main page on the left.
