Why can't I renew my books? The email said I have two renewals.

When you check out items you are eligible for up to two renewals. However, there are times that you may not be able to renew at all. When there is a waiting list for an item you have checked out the system will not allow any renewals unfortunately.
Additionally, you may not be able to renew if your overdue fees have reached or exceeded $15. You would need to make a payment to bring the balance below $15 before you could renew any outstanding items.
