Q. How do I change my preferred branch?
If you have moved to a new address in the county and you are closer to a different branch than the one you were previously using you have the option to change your preferred branch. Once you have logged in to your account, look for and click the green box which will be located in the upper right corner of the screen. In the drop down menu you will see a link for My Settings. Click here and then scroll down to Account Preferences. Look for Holds and Pickup Location and click Change to make changes to your holds preferences. You will be able to change your preferred branch and you can also add a second location if interested. On this page you can also opt in to single click holds which prevents you from having to click confirm each time you place an item on hold.
