How does the Zoo Atlanta pass work?

We are sorry to share that the Zoo Atlanta Library Pass program officially ends on June 1, 2025, and the last day to check out the Pass is May 31, 2025.
The Zoo will honor any Passes and Vouchers through a grace period that ends June 30, 2025. Zoo Atlanta offers several other ways to receive free or reduced cost admissions, including for military personnel, veterans, senior days, Title I schools, and more. Until May 31, 2025, the information below is accurate:
The Zoo Atlanta Library Pass is available at all 15 locations of the Gwinnett county library. It is on a first come first served basis and cannot be requested or renewed. When you check out the Library Pass, you will also be given a voucher. Please save this voucher; it is required for zoo admission. The pass & voucher are redeemable during the circulation period of seven (7) days with one renewal. This means you have up to fourteen (14) days to use the pass & voucher before returning the pass to the library.
Pass is valid seven days a week for daytime zoo general admission; Monday through Sunday. Check the zoo website to find out more - Zoo Atlanta
The pass is valid for daytime zoo general admission only and may not be used for fee-based events or programs. Pass admission does not include parking.
