What happens if I lose my library card?

To obtain a replacement card for your account, please bring a photo ID or something with your name and current Gwinnett County address to your nearest library branch and our staff will issue you a new card free of charge. Your account number will change, but all other information on your account, from your PIN to any pending requests, will remain the same.
