How can I get a PIN for my library account?
Answer
Library staff are not able to see what the PIN for your library account is; however, they are able to change it for you if you visit a branch in person.
To change the PIN for your library card you can stop by any of our 15 locations and present your library card along with your driver's license or some other form of identification such as a utility bill, rental agreement or mortgage.
You may also want to provide an email address for the account in the event that the PIN gets lost or forgotten in the future.
If you are not able to visit a branch and you need to get a new PIN you can click here and have a new PIN emailed to you if we have a current email attached to your account.
