What happens when you get a $15 fine?
Answer
A balance of $15 or more prevents renewals and additional check outs on your card.
If your balance reaches or exceeds $25, the account will be sent to our collection agency and a $10 non-refundable fee will be added to the amount due after 30 days.
Checkout privileges following a collection agency notice will resume once all charges, including the $10 fee, are resolved.
