How can I cancel an item that I have on hold?

To cancel an item that you have on hold you will first need to login to your account. Once you are logged in you can click on your name which appears in the upper right corner and in the drop down menu you will see a hyperlinked number above a column listed as 'Holds'. Click this number to go to your list of items on hold. For all items on the list you will see an option to Cancel Hold and you can click here to cancel.
