Q. All of my holds come in at the same time. How can I stop this from happening?
If you regularly request newer items and they routinely all come in around roughly the same time, you have the option to change when your hold requests become active. Login to your account, go to your list of items On Hold and look for the Pause button. Click here and you will be asked to provide a date for when you would like to "un-pause" the request. You can select different dates for all of your requests in an effort to make sure that items arrive at staggered times so you have enough time to read each one before the next one comes in.
