A book/item I returned is still on my account - what should I do?


If you see an item checked out on your account and/or, you have received a notification about an item that is still checked out but the item has already been returned, please give us a call at 770-978-5154 during open hours or visit AskGCPL anytime to send us an email.  We will be happy to investigate the problem and check with the branch to which the item was returned.  You will not be responsible for any fees related to this item and we will make sure that you do not receive any additional notices.
